Grace
Chan, B.Sc., R.M.T., D.O.M.P.,
est diplômée du University of Toronto (1974), avec distinction pour
le Baccalauréat ès sciences, spécialisation en physiologie et psychologie.
En 1976, Grace Chan a complété une formation en massothérapie au
3HO Foundation puis, en 1978, elle a fondé en collaboration avec
Christine Sutherland, le Sutherland-Chan School & Teaching Clinic,
où elle a débuté sa pratique clinique en massothérapie, en 1980.
Grace Chan a donné également des cours de formation continue en
massothérapie à Hong Kong, au Canada et aux États-Unis. En 1988,
elle a obtenu un doctorat en ostéopathie manuelle du Canadian College
of Osteopathy, et malgré ses nombreuses activités, elle continue
de pratiquer à temps partiel et utilise maintenant une approche
qui combine le massage et l'ostéopathie.
